Our "Casa del Arbol" (tree house) vacation home is nestled among the oak trees with a huge Canyon Lake view. This home is an ideal place for a family or large group who wants to come relax at the lake. The relaxing deck has more than enough chairs to sit and watch the sun rise over the water and enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy an evening cocktail while you barbeque your dinner on the charcoal grill. The home is comfortable and accommodating. It offers a full kitchen, cozy dining area and breakfast bar in an open floor plan. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a large flat screen TV offering satellite service, along with a Wii game console. There are 4 bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 1 full bed and one sofa-bed; the home sleeps 12. The master bathroom offers a jetted whirlpool tub and separate shower and there is another full bath available. Washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

If you bring your boat, you can park it on the flat parking area near the street and put it in at the free boat ramp, located just minutes away. If you plan to rent a boat, the local marina is less than 10 minutes away. 

The deer will walk right up to the back yard for their daily feeding - you'll enjoy watching them frolick and play in the Hill Country setting. This charming lake house is secluded and private.

The home is also only minutes away from tubing, kayaking or rafting on the Guadalupe River, historic Gruene and all the live music venues New Braunfels has to offer. Don't forget the exquisite restaurants in the area and of course, Schlitterbahn! San Antonio is a short 30 minute drive from your doorstep and New Braunfels is just a 20 minute drive. The outlet malls in San Marcos are 25 miles away. Whether you come to this area for an action-packed adventurous vacation or a relaxing reprieve from the city, you are sure to enjoy your stay at our lake home in the trees!

Low Season .. September 5 - May 21st.. $250/night . $975/week(2 Night Min Required)

High Season . May 22nd -Sep 3, 2010 . $375/night . $1850/week(3 Night Min Required)

Monthly -  September - March.  $1850, taxes are waived.

$125 Cleaning Fee Required, 10% Occupancy Taxes & $50 non-refundable pet deposit.

All Credit Cards Accepted, 50% Deposit Required Upon Reservation,
Remainder Due Within 7 Days of Arrival.

All holidays, spring break and popular seasonal events and races will be charged at high season rates.

CANCELLATIONS - 30 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made before 30 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations and changes that are made within 30 days of arrival, will incur a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made within 7 days of the arrival date, will forfeit the full advance payment.
