If you have business or pleasure in St. Louis it's just a mere 30 minute drive, this home is just a couple of miles off of Hwy 44, but it truly feels like you are in the country! So here's your weekend get away, stress reliever - close to home!

There are plenty of activities and attractions to see and explore. You are just minutes (10-15 min) Six Flags over Mid-America! Just down the road is the beautiful Shaw Nature Reserve and Purina Farms! Meremac Caverns located in Stanton, is also about 20 minutes away! Going into St. Louis visit the St. Louis Zoo, Science Center, Botanical Gardens, Butterfly House, City Museum, a Cardinal's Game or a Ram's Football game, just 30-40 minutes away! This is a much better way to spend a vacation in a vacation home with your family!

Pre-Summer Rate -May 1 - May 25 ($350.00 per night)
Summer Rates: May 25 - September 30 ($400.00 per night)
Fall Rates: October 1 - February 28 ($250 per night)
Sales Tax of 7% on Rental Rate Only
*Prime rate applies to holidays: Thanksgiving 2 nights,
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, Valentine's Day,
and 2 days at Easter.
$150 Cleaning Fee
Security Deposit: $250.00
Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum *except Holiday Weekends: 3 night minimum
Over 10 guests: A $10.00 per person Fee.
