On a nice quiet street, but still walking distance or short bike ride to Main Street attractions and the Pier. One block away is a small retail area with a cafe, taco shop, deli, and groceries.

You’ll have the best of both worlds - all the charm you want from a classic California bungalow, with all the space and modern conveniences that you need. This 2,200 square foot home has been fully renovated and is super-clean, furnished with everything you need to enjoy all the comforts of home.  The main living area is recently remodeled with hardwood floors, new comfortable furnishings, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, and CD player.

The recently remodeled fully equipped gourmet kitchen would please any chef with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new lighting and flooring.  The open floor plan has a large counter/breakfast bar for casual eating, with a full dining area that will seat 8-10.

There are three very separate and private bedroom/bath area suites, ideal for a family or for several adults to share. All 3 baths have been recently remodeled with granite counters, new tile, and fixtures.  One master suite is on the first floor and has access to the front patio.  All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, two with a queen size bed, one with a full size bed, and the 4th bedroom is set up with full/full bunks.  All have down pillows, quality high thread count cotton sheets, and hand-made quilts.  We also provide a computer and printer, with high speed wireless internet access.

There is also plenty of outdoor space, with a private patio in back with gas grill for al fresco dining, a front porch with fire pit table for relaxed evenings, hot outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a private upstairs balcony retreat.  We have all the necessary beach paraphernalia to enjoy a perfect day at the beach, including large towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, with a cart to haul the stuff to the beach – an easy 5 minute walk to the sand.

Other amenities include inside laundry, off street parking, phone with unlimited local and long distance calling (US), wireless high speed internet, and cable TV.  More spacious and comfortable than a hotel, and a much better value.  Enjoy a “stay-cation” in beautiful Huntington Beach, centrally located on the southern California coast, with easy access to Disney parks, Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Universal Studios, and all of the beautiful OC.  You'll be so comfortable you won't want to leave the house, but you should AT LEAST go to beach!

Great location only 4 short blocks to the beach (5 minute walk), 12 short blocks to Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier with restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters.  You are also between Los Angeles and San Diego and close to Long Beach, so you a have easy access to a very large area with lots of diverse attrations.
