vacation rental description
Beautiful newly renovated, Architect designed 3 BR lakefront cottage
with 168 feet of waterfront privacy and sandy beach (depends on lake
level) on Highland Lake in the Lakes Region of Maine. Bridgton is at
the base of the White Mountain Range in the SW part of the state.
Highland Lake is one of the prettiest lakes in the region and is
famous for excellent fishing. Bring your boat (or use our free Canoe) for
great fishing, boating, and water skiing.
The cottage sleeps up to 8 comfortably and is directly on the water.
The large deck literally hangs out over the lake and you have a
private beach (depending on lake level) and dock. Drive your boat to
the Bridgton town dock for breakfast and shopping or just lounge in
the sun on the waterfront deck. The views from the deck are simply
incredible!
The cottage is completely new inside with an Architect designed open
floorplan with amazing views out the expansive front windows. The
master bedroom has 1 new Queen bed and private full master bath, the
second bedroom has one Full size bed and the third bedroom has two
twin beds. Both of these rooms share a bathroom. There is also a
pullout full size sleeper in the living room. A double sided
fireplace will warm you if you have a cool Maine
evening.
No Smoking allowed in the cottage. One Pet (dog or cat) allowed for
an additional non-refundable fee of $300 per pet per week. Cottage uses lake
water. Bottled water recommended for drinking.
