vacation rental rates
April 1st - June 1st the weekly rate is $650
June 1st - Sept. 3rd the weekly rate is $775.
Tourist tax is $77.50. Security deposit is $100.
Owner requests signed rental agreement along with a $100 reservation deposit to secure reservation. Reservation deposit is nonrefundable. Balance of rent, tourist tax, and security deposti due on or before rental date.
The cottage next door may be available.
Cottages are side by side and practically identical. Ideal for larger groups. Please inquire for details.
