Great one bedroom with on-site parking, heated pool, Jacuzzi and Gym! Well decorated and fully equipped apartment. A large window dominates the living room and the bedroom. The entire apartment is facing east so you will enjoy an amazing bright sunshine every morning.

The bedroom has a queen size bed, walking closet, flat TV and DVD player. High speed internet and large flat TV in the living room are provided. The kitchen of this condo has a counter separating the kitchen from the living room as well as an intimate dining area.

 Extra two guests can sleep on the double size sofa bed in the living room.

Now: From the foot of the Bay Bridge to the South Beach Marina and China Basin, this is an area of high glass office towers, condominiums and lofts, angular late-20th century development, and sidewalks swept clean by by half-hearted gentrification attempts.

Then: Long a desolate area of the city, the industrial warehouses along the south waterfront largely empty and run down by the 1970s. The conversion to offices through the 1990s boom, and then the construction of the ballpark in 2000 brought a makeover that is still ongoing.

How To Get There: The N-Judah and T-Third Street Muni lines continue on past Embarcadero and stop and 2nd/King Street (by the Ballpark) and 4th/King Street (by the Caltrain Station). The 30 and 45 bus lines run up and down 3rd and 4th Streets, and may be boarded at Market Street. Parking is generally not too difficult, except when ball games are happening, when it becomes impossible.

Note: The apartment is located 6 minutes car distance to Union Square, 17 minutes with public transportation (Bus #30, Light Rail N) and 25 minutes walking distance.

Note: The Moscone Center is 0.7 miles away from the apartment, 14 minutes walking distance. Or 12 minutes with Bus #30 and #45 right outside the apartment. Or 4 min with car or taxi.
