"The Cottage" in Branson

We'd be pleased to share our Vacation Home with you.  "The Cottage" has 4 Bedrooms,  3 Bathrooms, sleeps 12 people (3 Bedrooms have Queen size beds, 4th bedroom has a Full size bed and a Bunkbed set. An upstairs twin Sleeper/Loveseat and a Living Room double Sleeper Couch add 3 more sleeps. Master Bath has jetted tub, double sinks, walk-in shower and closet.  Downstairs, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.  Cable TV in every room (flat screens in Master Bedroom & two others).  Secure  WI-FI internet. Livingroom has flat screen TV, DVD,  DVR.  Upstairs, the kids will likely enjoy the Snowman Theme Room with a double bed, bunkbeds and a flat screen TV/DVD!  Lots of room for everyone to relax.  Branson Canyon is a lovely and practical place to stay. The Cottage is fully furnished and ready for you to come and enjoy.We are an easy ten minute drive from the Branson Strip, 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City, with several major shopping sites in between and just beyond. For your food and drink needs, there is a Country Mart store 5 minutes away with an excellent selection of groceries, produce, soft drinks, beer, wine and liquor products.   

With so many activities in the immediate area to enjoy,  we believe you'll appreciate coming back to the quiet, peaceful surroundings of "The Cottage" to help you complete a perfect day.

Fully furnished kitchen (Cookware, Dinner ware, paper towels, spices, etc.  Basically, everything you need except food and appetites.

Nice Clubhouse with playground, kitchen, fireplace, game room and, from the 3rd floor, a great view of the lake!  5 minute walk from "The Cottage".

Initial Price & Dates Confirmation can be made by phone or email.

$110 Cleaning Fee PER VISIT. Listed rates & fees include state/local tax. 

The Owner will initiate a Final Confirmation contract with the Guest
upon receipt of a $200 reservation deposit. This deposit becomes a security deposit when total contract payment is made. It will be refunded promptly if no significant damage is incurred during the visit.

We ask that you observe our no smoking inside the home rule.  For your convenience, there are ash trays and butt kits provided on the front porch
and on the deck.
