Anna Maria Island Dream Inn - 106 in Anna Maria Island

This is a beautifully renovated and updated condominium unit, fully furnished with new hardwood floors, granite countertops and that Florida vacation feeling.

Unit 106 is oceanfront - sliding glass doors in living area open to DIRECT GULF VIEWS and Florida breezes. One king size bed in the master bedroom and the other king size bed is situated in the living area, similar to a hotel setup. This unit has 2 full baths, two HD flat panel t.v.'s, full kitchen and access to grills, heated pool and the private beach. 

If by any chance this unit is already taken I do have many others to chose from, some being ocean front and some pool side. PLEASE DO NOT LOOK AT THE CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY...WE HAVE SO MANY UNITS THE CALENDAR WOULD NOT BE SUFFICIENT. Any questions on availability or the unit itself feel free to email me.

Heated swimming pool, full kitchen, laundry facilities available at building, flat screen TV's, BBQ grills on property, free wireless internet, DIRECT BEACH FRONT VIEWS. There is a free trolly that travels the island and stops in front of our property.

Anna Maria Island is full of restaurants and shops to visit, all within walking distance or a short FREE trolly ride. Besides that, all we have are the most perfect sunsets, white sandy beaches, and lots of sun!

The property is close to the entire Sarasota area to the south and Tampa / St. Pete to the North.

Unit 106 (Beach front) Rates starting at JUST $115 / night plus tax.

All rates are subject to change and depend on availability and season. All rates are subject to 11.5% tax (6% Florida State Sales Tax and 5.5% Manatee County Resort Tax). A one time $50 departure cleaning fee will be added to all rentals.
