you are instantly on Budapest’s lively main boulevard, Andrássy.


The 90 sqm (968 sq. feet) main apartment includes a spacious modern
kitchen and dining area, living room and master bedroom with bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped for a casual night in and the living
room has a TV and a sofa which converts to a bed should you require
extra space in cases of occupancy for 3-4. The bedroom features a
large bed plenty of wardrobe space. The master bathroom with both a
large corner tub and shower
is equipped with fluffy towels for after a relaxing bath.

If you only need the main apartment or the studio guest suite, then
the apartment can be separated into two units by doors with deadbolt
locks.

The 30 sqm (300 sq. feet) studio faces a charming courtyard and has
a large bedroom/main room, small kitchenette and bathroom with a
shower. Linens are provided and there is a small refrigerator in the
kitchenette for quick breakfasts and cold drinks.


The entire apartment can accommodate 6 people. It is also a
comfortable option for parties of 3-4 who would like to have more
space.

The apartment is located in the heart of downtown on a quiet street,
one block off the city's famous Andrassy Blvd and 50 meters
(approximately 50 yeards) away from the beautiful Opera House.

From here, it's only a 2 block walk to the bustling cafes and
restaurants of Liszt Ferenc Square and a short stroll to the major
landmarks of Heroes Square, Deak Square, St Steven's Basilica,
central Europes largest Synagoge and the famous walking street Vaci
utca.

Public transport is also easily accessible from the apartment, with
the yellow line metro stopping directly in front of the Opera and
all major tram, bus and metro lines nearby to take you anywhere you
want to go in the city including the Parliament, museums and Statue
Park.

The rental fees for the entire apartment, main apartment and studio
apartment are all dependant upon if it is high or low season and how
many people are in your party. There is a minimum 3 night stay.
Additional length of stay requirement can be added depending on the
season.

There will be special pricing during the week of the annual Formula
One race.

The apartment is run by an apartment management company on behalf of
the owner in order to ensure the renters needs are consistently met.
