vacation rental description
Lying on the west side of the Christmas Mountains about 10 miles north of Study Butte, this 100 acre property is located at the highest point in the vicinity and on the west side and adjoining state highway 118, offering easy all weather access, but seclusion and privacy to the guests. You do not need four wheel drive or a bulldozer to get here, your Ferrari will work. From the relaxing front porch vantage point of this non-smoking cabin, spectacular views of Christmas Mountain (and the Christmas Mountain range) are to the east and the Chisos range to the southeast; the grounds hosting natural fauna of plentiful ocotillo and yucca. The cabin offers a Stearns & Foster premium queen mattress with down bedding, and a giant flat screen tv that oscillates toward the bed or the living area. Dish TV is the provider. Offering all the conveniences of home, including new HD washer and dryer, full kitchen, vanity, and separate shower and toilet rooms, refrigerator, stove and microwave. You don’t need to bring anything but drinking water, and charcoal if you are going to cook outside; everything else is provided. Three full RV hookups are available ( these are blocked off with cabin rental in advance). This newly renovated stucco cabin with tiled floors is all electric with AC/heat. Conveniently located, yet peaceful and serene, this is the ultimate romantic getaway for those who like to be alone. It is likely you will not want to leave. If I do not already have an RV hookup reservation, I can block out the RV hookups if you prefer not to have neighbors. Hunting and firearm discharge is not allowed. Pets are welcome; they will love it too. This cabin is not available during mule deer hunting season, which has yet to be announced (generally 16 days in late November and early December).
