This Appalachian Style Log Home is new. All rooms are large, spacious, and fully furnished. Every bedroom is themed and every bed has top quality mattress/springs with wonderful pillows...you will sleep well. There is a large deck which virtually surrounds the entire house, on the main level, and makes for comfortable lounging and entertaining outdoors.

This is one of the most spectacular and scenic areas in the World. The property is in the middle of Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, The Grand Canyon, and Lake Powell...as well as several State Parks and National Monuments. The Coral Pink Sand dunes are just a few miles away which allows for unique ATV riding.

The property backs up to BLM Public Land, which gives our guests great opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and ATV rides.

      House is Awesome -the backyard is incredible!!

      Group of eleven adults spent the weekend here for a church retreat. You walk in the door and instantly feel at home. The accomodations were great, everyone had plenty of space. The chairs in the living areas, and the beds are so comfy. We took advantage of the fire pit in the back and full supply of firewood. Vern and Dottie are great and very accomodating.

      The great bonus about this place are the trails surrounding the home. Such incredible country to explore. We followed a couple of the quad trails on foot and had a blast. The only thing we were short on was daylight.

      The location was perfect, just a short drive into Zion and about a mile from a small town to grab any extra supplies and food. Yet it feels as you're in a very remote setting.

      Great way to spend Thanksgiving!

      With family spread between California/Utah/Texas we were looking for a place to escape from it all and enjoy time with family. With 6 adults and 4 kids the house was perfect! The surroundings were breathtaking and the location ideal for somebody looking to enjoy the beauty of the Southwest. Enjoying a glass of wine on the expansive deck, roasting marshmallows by the fire ring or hiking the trails surrounding the area you can't go wrong. Vern and Dotti were more than accommodating, checking in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Thank you for a great place for our family to reconnect, we all look forward to visiting again!

      Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

      Family Christmas

      This was our gift to our children to be able to spend a few days together for Christmas. Everything was absolutely perfect. There aren't words to describe how beautiful this cabin is with all the extras to make this a wonderful memory for all of us. The cabin was even decorated for Christmas which was a very exciting surprise. The owners of this cabin are precious and even came by to say hi and see if we needed anything. All 14 of us would highly recomment this cabin to anyone wanting to stay near Zion. Thanks Vern for a great week end wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!
