This comfortable studio condo is just a 3 minutes walk to Perkins Cove
and trolley stop. Located 1 mile from Ogunquit Center and Beach.
This condo sleeps 2-3 people with a queen-sized murphy bed and a
double-sized pullout sofa. Also, has a kitchenette and a front porch
with seating. Perfectly located away from traffic but just a short
walk to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, restaurants, shops, and a short 1
mile drive by car or trolley to Ogunquit Beach.

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for just the two of us.
We were close to everything and walked across the street and over the bridge into Perkins Cove which was Phenomenal! To not have to worry about parking there is a definite plus! We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival which was such a nice touch! :)

Recommended for: sight seeing, romantic getaway

Owners response: We usually leave our car and walk or take the trolley everywhere. We really enjoy seeing others appreciate the area. Thank you.

Studio Condo in Perkins Cove Area

My husband and I stayed at this studio condo at Hillcrest the week of July 12th. The condo is perfect for two people. We were a little nervous about the "Murphy Bed" however, it was sooo comfortable...we both commented on how well we slept each night. The studio was very clean and had everything we needed, including a bottle of wine which the owners had waiting for us upon our arrival! The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to Perkins Cove and all the little shops and restaurants. The owner's had recommended the Cove for breakfast. It was so good that we ended up eating there three days in a row! The weather was perfect all week so we didn't really use the indoor pool; however it was there if we needed it! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Recommended for: sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
