Enjoy the light airy openess of this almost new house. Three levels
with two large porches to view the sunrise and sunset. There is
parking for 5 vehicles--2 under the house---plus an enclosed under
the house hot and cold shower and an entrance to the first level---
all on concrete. You will also have an oversized laundry room with a
washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and laundry sink.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, its own bath, a walk-in
closet and a porch to enjoy the view. A second bedroom has a queen
size bed, a third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth has a pyramid
bed. All 3 bathrooms are full sized.

Bring your laptop and hook into high speed internet. Enjoy the
private 14'x28' heated pool or relax in the 6 person hot tub. The
kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, large toaster
and dishwasher---and of course a refrigerator with ice maker and a
self-cleaning oven. There is 2 zone A/C and heat.

Enjoy a game of foosball in the gameroom or have a go at the Play
Station. Or maybe the Library Nook is for you with a full supply of
books. There are 4 TV's, CD, DVD and VCR players to keep you busy
with a good supply of movies for all ages.

You will be located within a short walking distance to the ocean,
soundside and the Club Hatteras pool, putting green and tennis courts.

In addition you can walk to the movies, restaurants, gift
shops, grocery shopping and the post office.
