Very nice, one bedroom, one bath villa in the East Beach area across from Night Heron Park. Soothing blues and tans throughout with vaulted ceilings in both living room and bedroom.
The living room has a sleeper sofa, a fireplace, television and a glass door leading to the open deck. The dining area has seating for four. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and dresser, closet, television, and glass doors leading to the deck. The deck has a small table with 4 chairs to relax in the trees. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination great for kids and adults. The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a full sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It is equipped with pots, pans, blender, and toaster for cooking if desired. The villa has a brand new washer and dryer available in the laundry room.
This great villa is only a few steps from the beach - and you don't have to cross any streets! Included in your rental we offer beach chairs and bikes. Nearby is Night Heron Park which has basketball courts, soccer field, playground and swings. Kiawah Island offers five championship golf courses, clay tennis courts, kayaking, and ten miles of pristine beach to enjoy.
