Vacation Rental Description

Charming house located in the middle of Stavanger, only 5 minutes  
walk from the centre of town. It is situated in a quiet street only  
200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a  
boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke. It is  
possible to park your car in the area outside the house; you will  
however need a parking permit.  
 
The house is fully modernised with new paint and wooden floors  
throughout the entire house. The house has a high standard in  
every room; and is decorated in a fresh, bright and modern style. 
 
The house consists of 3 floors + basement and garden. On the first  
floor you will find the living- and dining rooms, as well as the  
kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small garden with deck. In the  
hallway there is a wc; as well as stairs accessing the second floor.  
 
On the second floor you will find 1 bathroom with shower, as well as  
3 bedrooms. 
 
Bedrooms - second floor: 
 
1 double bedroom 
1 twin bedroom 
1 single bedroom (access via double bedroom)  
 
3 floor: loft / sleeping gallery - space for 2 adults 
 
Baby cot and high chair available free of charge. 
 
There is also a basement with a washing machine. The house is fully  
furnished and equipped for 1-7 people. 
 
The house is ideal for singles, couples or families that want to  
spend their holiday in Stavanger. It is also ideal for business  
travellers who need a place to stay short term in Stavanger. It can be  
rented all year around, on daily or weekly basis.

Vacation Rental Rates

1 November 2008 - 31 December 2009 - NOK 1400 per day / NOK 9000 per week 
 
Discounts: for rental of more than 2 weeks a discount may be given -  
please contact us for more details. 
  
Minimum stay: We have a minimum stay of 2 concecutive nights. It is  
possible to rent for 1 night; but the price will then be the same as  
for 2 nights. 
  
Security Deposit:  NOK 1000 / EURO 150 / GBP 100 
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit  
will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once  
inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same  
condition as found on arrival: 
 
Final Cleaning: 
NOK 400 will be added to the rental price. 
Note: For rentals of one week or more, final cleaning is included in  
the price. 
 
Extras: 
Bed linen and towels – one set per person per stay included in all rentals. 
Free baby cot + high chair free of charge if required. 
Free internet broadband.
