Charming house located in central Stavanger, only 12 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is situated in a quiet street a short walk from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke.

It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house but you will need a parking permit. The house is fully modernised with wooden floors throughout the house.

The house consists of 2 floors + basement and garden. On the first floor you will find the living- and dining rooms, as well as the kitchen and a single bedroom. From the hallway, there is also access to the bathroom.

On the second floor you will find 3 double/twin bedrooms.

There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

Baby cot and high chair available free of charge.

Washing machine in basement.

The house is fully furnished and equipped for 1-9 people.

The house is ideal for singles, couples or families that want to
spend their holiday in Stavanger. It is also ideal for business
travellers who need a place to stay short term in Stavanger. It can be
rented all year around, on monthly, daily or weekly basis. Minimum stay is 3 nights.

Discount:

For bookings of 7-13 days we will give 5% discount.

For bookings 14  -29 days we will give 10% discount.

For bookings 30 or more days we will give 25% discount.

Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer into our Norwegian or UK accounts or via paypal (4% extra for this method to cover fees). We will issue an invoice if required. Payment should reach us no later than 15 days prior to arrival. 

Security Deposit:  a 30% deposit must be paid to secure your booking. 

Extras:

We provide one set of bed linen and towels per person per stay and final cleaning in the rental. Free baby cot or high chair if required.  Free broadband wireless internet access.

Parking:

Parking is restricted to residents only, but daily parking permits can be purchased from Stavanger Parking or from owner by prior arrangements.

Use of property:

No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
