Villa Laureles in Ixtapa

Situated within the exclusive gated community Arcano, is the luxurious Villa Laureles. This beautiful 4-level home enjoys a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean from every room as well as high-end details such as marble floors covering all areas of the house, marble and stainless steel countertops in bathrooms and black granite countertops in the kitchen.

With 6 luxury suites (plus maids quarters), Villa Laureles’ guest room amenities include en suite bathrooms (except Bunk Room which includes one 0.5 bathroom), air conditioner with remote control, a TV with remote control, cable and a DVD player, telephone*, intercom, in-room safe, mini bar and a balcony with a Jacuzzi and ocean view. All bedrooms also include nightly turndown service and daily cleaning service.

The gourmet kitchen is ample and bright with black granite countertops, center island and the latest appliances including a Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Freezer and Dishwasher; Wolf Oven, Microwave and Stove; Kitchen Aid appliances including blender with pasta equipment, Coffee Machine and Toaster. The spacious kitchen adjoins an indoor breakfast area for 12 as well as an outdoor breakfast area that sits 6 people. Moreover, the center island in the kitchen sits 4 and the kitchen counter sits 2 people.

The indoor dining area includes a formal dining room table for 12 people (additional tables can be set for more guests) and adjoins two comfortable living rooms with a piano, one bar and one outdoor terrace overlooking the pool area and ocean, perfect for luncheons and reunions. The house offers two 0.5 bathrooms for kitchen and dining areas (Men and Women).

This California-inspired home features an indoor game room that includes a movie theater with a large screen projector, cable and ample movie selection, a pool table, air hockey table and board games. The game room offers plenty of room for those wishing to enjoy indoor activities yet is close enough to feel part of the outdoor pool area. Four bicycles are also available at your request.

Right outside the game room is a palapa-styled wet bar with views to the Pacific Ocean, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi and shallow kiddy pool, and 4 sun beds with tables and umbrellas. For a more comfortable experience, the pool area includes towel service and its own Men/Women bathrooms with two 0.5 bathrooms and one shower each. The expansive pool area also includes a steam room and a fully equipped gym.

Modern amenities include air conditioning in all indoor areas of the house, Wi-Fi, audio speakers with iPod connection in all areas including bedrooms, business Center with Internet, printer and fax, an elevator to all 4 levels and 24-hour surveillance.

Additional spa-worthy amenities include two waiters and one cook, grocery shopping service (groceries not included), laundry service for whites and linens, daily cleaning service, concierge service for restaurant reservations or any other reservation and transportation from Airport-House and House-Airport**.

Villa Laureles is only one block away from the exclusive beachfront Club Arcano, also located within the gated community for added privacy. Your rental of Villa Laureles includes full access to the Club’s private beach and restaurant*** as well as guest amenities such as two pools with sun beds, hammocks and towel service. Club Arcano offers plenty of sun beds and palapas for the beach area as well as waiter service from the restaurant.
