The Mariner - This unit was completely remodeled and updated with new cabinetry, bathrooms and furnishings, completed in 2007.  Light and airy coastal mariner decor, fully stocked unit with washer/dryer in unit and internet access.  Spectacular view overlooking both the pool and Gulf of Mexico.  Just walk out the back door, across the dunes and you're on the beach.

Regency Towers is a quiet family-oriented property but with convenience (within 2 miles) of island shops, restaurants and bars.  Pensacola Beach is conveniently located within 30 minutes of the Naval Air Station, which is home to the famous Blue Angels.  The National Seashore is within 1/2 mile walking distance of Regency with pristine white sands and undisturbed wilderness.

Rental Rates 2013:

Full Weekly, Saturday to Saturday rentals required during peak season.  Please call for daily rates; 3 night minimums will be considered in the off season (see below for dates).

Offseason Weekly rentals (Sat. - Sat.) -  Jan. 1 - May 19 and Sept. 8 - Dec. 31:  $1000/week base rental rate, total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1282.25.

Peak Season Weekly Rentals (Sat. - Sat.) - May 19 - Sept. 8, with the exception of  weeks in July**:   $1400/week base rental rate, total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1728.25  

Peak Season Weekly Rentals, June 29 - July 6th, July 6th - July 13th and July 13th - 20st:  $1500/week base rental rate, total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1839.75.

Monthly Rentals, Available Jan - March, 2013  $1400/month base rental rate, total with cleaning, taxes and reservation fees = $1728.25.

Payment/Rental Deposit Policy:  All guests are required to sign a guest rental agreement.  A mastercard or visa is required to be placed on file within 10 days of booking your reservation to hold the condo.  No charges are applied to the card unless cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival or damages occur while occupying the condo.  Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations occuring prior to 30 days of arrival require a $150 processing fee.  Cancellations within 30 days of arrival result in the loss of the $150 processing fee along with the full rental amount if the condo cannot be rented for the booked dates.  MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT.
