StudioinParis offers you a convienent studio apartment in a great
location within central Paris. It has been renovated to suit your
needs while staying in Paris. Additionally, the owners,
one American (who speaks French) and one French man (who
speaks english), are willing to assist you during your visit to
Paris.
The studio is centrally located in Paris, in the 11th district, at 41
rue Saint Bernard, between rue de Charonne and rue du
Faubourg Saint-Antoine, near the Place of the Bastille. The
studio is just a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Metro Line 1, which
will take you directly to some of the most famous and historic
sites in Paris, such the Notre Dame de Paris, The Musée du
Louvres, the Marais, Place de la Concorde, Musée d’Orsay, the
Champs Elysees... etc.

The studio is situated in a quiet alcove and is an open living
space measuring 270 sq.ft. The studio has lots of natural light
and can accommodate up to four persons. It is located on the
second floor of a French apartment building, with no lift, and
there is a coded door entry into the main building. The studio
has been recently renovated which includes a private bath and
kitchenette.
The sleeping arrangements include one double sized bed and
one sleeper sofa.
The studio is equipped with cable TV (w/ CNN, BBC News)
telephone, answering machine, multi-zone DVD player, circulating fan, iron and ironing board
and built in closet space as well as a dining table and four
chairs.
** The studio also has DSL INTERNET WIFI HOOKUP - Please note - with the DSL internet
hookup, you will need your laptop, along with an electric converter, suitable for French
voltage of 220v.
The kitchen is open and is equipped with a two electric burners,
small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all cooking utensils
necessary. The bathroom is all white tiled and fitted with a
walk-in shower stall, ceramic wash basin and toilet. One set of
fresh towels and bed linens are provided during your visit. A
hairdryer is also available (one less thing to pack!!) and a washing machine (does not include drying capability, but there are laundry
facilities are just around the corner).
The studio can be easily accessed by the Metro station
Ledru-Rollin (line 8) or Metro satation Voltaire (line 9) orby bus (bus line 76) or by taxi from either
Charles De Gaule airport or any train station (if travelling to Paris
by train from another european country).
Detailed instructions on how to arrive to the studio will be provided prior to your arrival.

The minimum rental time is 4 days and the rates are as follows*:
75 euros/day
450 euros/weekly
1100 euros/monthly

*** NOTE: a rental discount is offered if stay is extended for 3 months or more ***
The rental fee includes taxes and charges, such as electric, gas,
water, DSL internet hookup and telephone (local phone, this does not include international
calls or calls to cell phones within France).
In addition, there is a Damage Deposit which is calculated
depending upon the length of your visit. This can range from 300
euros to 900 euros. The Damage Deposit will be returned at the
end of your visit, provided that nothing in the studio requires
repairs as a direct result of your visit.
A Reservation Deposit is required at the time of booking.
Payment arrangements will be made at time of booking to
ensure your confirmation. Please note that your reservation is
not fully confirmed until your Reservation Deposit has been
received.
