vacation rental description
The house sits on a wooded lot with wild flowers, Oak and Pine trees. There are some identifiable plantings such as roses, lillies, hollies, etc. The rear of the house has a large deck and outdoor shower. The property extends over 100 feet back from the house. There are driveways on either side of the house. One driveway is used only as a walking path.

Fully furnished kitchen with modern appliances. Attached garage with remote control door opener. Beach chairs and coolers to take to the beach. Assorted games for indoor activities. Additionally, there is Cable TV, radios, video and tape decks, fans in the bedrooms, living room and family room.

National Seashores tours and lectures; beaches 15 minutes from the house; several excellent restaurants serving typical New England fare. Many discounted activities; tickets available in shops, restaurants, etc.
vacation rental rates
The off-seasonal rate is the minimum rate listed above. Weeks in this category are: May 18 - June 15, 8/24 - 9/14. Prime seasonal rates are from: 6/15 - 8/24 - $1850. Multiple weeks ( 2 or more) will earn a $50 per week discount. Rental weeks will not be scheduled until a deposit (1/2 weekly rate) has been received. All balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to start of the rental period. Please note: Rental weeks are scheduled Saturday to Saturday.
For example: June 1 - June 8, 2013.
We rent on a weekly basis only.
