This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and small appliances.  The dining table seats 4 with additional seating and breakfast brunch at the bar counter.  A king sized bed in the bedroom along with a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living area will accommodate up to 4.  The roomy balcony has a table with seating for 4 and a lounge.  Outside the unit on Beach House property you will find many amenites starting with an umbrella and 2 chairs setup daily (during Mar-Oct season), also 2 pools--1 oversized (heated in winter) and a smaller wading pool, shuffleboard, 2 lighted tennis courts, fitness room, game room, a large club house with TV, board games, and computer access.  Complimentary WiFi is also included.  Beach service also has kayak rentals, along with parasails & waverunner rentals within walking distance.  If you're in an exploring mood there is a hiking/biking trail directly across the street that runs along the coast for miles!  Endless attractions will keep you as busy as you want to be!
