Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful contemporary home with 400 ft. of waterfront in a quiet  
cove near the southern end of the public side of the lake.  Double  
boathouse, small sandy beach, perfect for family vacations or other  
get-togethers.  On the public side of the lake in a gated community.  
Something for everyone to do!  VCR's and DVD's and large screen  
television, high speed internet,inside and outside games, etc.  
Please note that although there is a jacuzzi pictured, it is not  
operational and not included in the amenities.  Hurry! This may be  
the last year this house is available for rentals.  Several weeks  
already booked.

Vacation Rental Amenities

4 TV's, 2 VCR's, 2 DVD players, large screened porch, 2 story  
decking, sun area above boathouse, sandy beach area. Central A/C.   
All bedrooms also have overhead fans.

Activities and Attractions

Great fishing, waterskiing, boating available on lake. We keep our  
boat in one of the slots of the double boat house.  There is one boat  
slip available that is covered, 2 or 3 boats can tie up to the  
outside of the boathouse.  Linens are not included in the rental.   
Mattress covers and pillows are provided.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rate is $2600 per week.  Call for rates for other times of  
year.
