that's nestled in the Rocky Moutains at Fairmont Hot Springs. Enjoy
the views from every window and deck of this lavishly furnished
home. East west/deck views.  Rockies to the east and Purcells to the west.
The house comfortably sleeps twelve persons.

There's a jaccuzi tub in the master bath, new custom designed and hand made king bed in master bedroom retreat (on main floor).  Sliding doors to screened-n sunroom with wicker furniture to enjoy the view or a good book.

A fully-equipped kitchen with seating for six, a dining room table for 12, a wood-burning, two-way fireplace between the living and dining rooms, large living room with two couches (one leather and two leather chairs) and two large decks for sun seekers.  A two piece bath rounds out the main floor.  Living and  dining rooms have cathderal ceilings with sliding doors to full lenth deck.

Completly renovated in 2009 the walkout level includes  garage, games room with seating, pool table (new 2009), playstation 2 with games,woodburning stove, queen bedroom and single bunk room.  There also is a laundry room with two piece bath on this level.

Upstairs contains 2 bedrooms with four sets of bunk beds and a four piece bathroom.

Amenities include a new broil king barbecue, 2 VCR/DVD's, home theatre system, stereo, phone, 2 televisions. And there's a game room which includes
a pool table, a, a Play Station, and wood burning stove.

Nearby activities include skiing, relaxing in the natural hot
springs, ski-dooing, hiking, golfing, boating, swimming, and just
enjoying the peace and quiet.
