large dining area. The bedrooms are situated for total privacy, and
two have sliders that lead to a small deck for morning coffee or that
glass of wine to accompany a beautiful sunset. Each bedroom is
located on a diffeent level of the home with a full bath on each level as
well. You have three full floors of living space. First floor
sitting room has a brand new pull-out couch with a luxurious airbed
that feels just like a "real" mattress. You will not be disappointed
with the private views from the upper level bath's whirlpool, and
there is an additional whirlpool in the first floor bath. The upper sitting
area boasts a fireplace, seperate wet bar, built-in desk area and
relaxing, built-in reading bench that overlooks a wooded backyard. There is a third floor deck
located just off the third floor sitting area. You can follow the sun all day
long, as there are decks and patios from pratcially every direction.

Charlestown Beach, this home is a great choice for beach lovers, or for the vacationers who want to
come home and relax in the lap of luxury after a day of sightseeing or sum worshipping. Per local
custom, guests provide their own linens and towels. Smoking is permitted on screen porch
and outside only. No pets allowed, please.

activities. Also, for you anglers, there is some of the best salt water fishing around! Block
Island,
Wineries, Newport, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium are just a short ride away. Watch Hill, scenic
Stonington, Galleries, Theaters, all nearby. Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Casinos are
great for a rainy day.

For 2010 bookings - $500.00 security deposit, $150.00 cleaning fee.
50% of rental fee due with lease agreement. Balance, security deposit
and cleaning fee, paid in full 60 days prior to check-in
date. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT GUESTS IS EIGHT - STRICTLY
ENFORCED. Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is 9:00 a.m.
Sorry - no pets, no student rentals, we do not rent to people under
twenty five that are not related by familial status.
