Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful home was just completed in 2005 and awaits the  
vacationer seeking luxurious surroundings, view of the water and  
privacy with your own scenic pond right on the property.  Large 14x24  
screened in porch looks out over this jewel of water which houses the  
occasional swan, geese and various wildlife. There are many veiws of  
Ninigret pond and on a clear day, views of Block Island are right  
off your front deck. Newly decorated, this home features three  
seperate sitting areas, a gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry, a laundry room and  
large dining area. The bedrooms are situated for total privacy, and  
two have sliders that lead to a small deck for morning coffee or that  
glass of wine to accompany a beautiful sunset.  Each bedroom is  
located on a diffeent level of the home with a full bath on each level as  
well. You have three full floors of living space.   First floor  
sitting room has a brand new pull-out couch with a luxurious airbed  
that feels just like a "real" mattress. You will not be disappointed  
with the private views from the upper level bath's whirlpool, and  
there is an additional whirlpool in the first floor bath. The upper sitting  
area boasts a fireplace, seperate wet bar, built-in desk area and  
relaxing, built-in reading bench that overlooks a wooded backyard. There is a third floor deck  
located just off the third floor sitting area. You can follow the sun all day  
long, as there are decks and patios from pratcially every direction.   
This special home is located just three doors back from Ninigret Pond and less than a mile from  
Charlestown Beach, this home is a great choice for beach lovers, or for the vacationers who want to  
come home and relax in the lap of luxury after a day of sightseeing or sum worshipping. Per local  
custom, guests provide their own linens and towels.  Smoking is permitted on screen porch  
and outside only. No pets allowed, please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three seperate baths, one on each level, two with whirlpools.  Three  
living rooms, Television, dish, dvd player, speaker system with  
speakers and controls on each level. Cathedral ceilings, eight  
sliders for panoramic views. Private, screened porch, seperate  
laundry with washer and dryer. Central vac, gas grill. Two queen  
beds, one full bed, one queen pull-out couch. Shaded bluestone patio,  
multi-level decks.  Beach pass supplied for Charlestown Beach and  
Blue Shutters, East Beach.

Activities and Attractions

So much to do, free access to two beautiful beaches. Kayaking, fishing,and clamming in Ninigret  
Pond.  
Park at the Charlestown Beach parking lot with your beach pass and launch your kayak right into the  
salt pond for a day of fun on the pond. Few areas offer the ocean and salt pond for your vacation  
activities. Also, for you anglers, there is some of the best salt water fishing around! Block  
Island,  
Wineries, Newport, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium are just a short ride away. Watch Hill, scenic  
Stonington, Galleries, Theaters, all nearby.  Mohegan Sun and Foxwood Casinos are  
great for a rainy day.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 14 - June 21  - $1600.00 per week 
June 21- June 28 - $1850.00 per week 
June 28 - August 16  -  $2,750.00 per week 
August 16 - 30  -  $2,550.00 per week 
August 30 - Sept. 6 - $2000.00 per week 
Sept. 6 - Sept. 13 - $1600.00 per week 
Beach pass provided for Charlestown Beach and Blue Shutters-East Beach 
For 2009 bookings - $500.00 security deposit, $150.00 cleaning fee.  
50% of rental fee due with lease agreement. Balance, security deposit  
and cleaning fee, paid in full 60 days prior to check-in  
date. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OVERNIGHT GUESTS IS EIGHT - STRICTLY  
ENFORCED.    Check-in time is 2:00 p.m.  Check-out time is 9:00 a.m. 
Sorry - no pets, no student rentals, we do not rent to people under  
twenty five that are not related by familial status. 
Reservations cannot be guaranteed until initial deposit is received.
