Vacation Rental Description

Sunshine and luxury in an elegant and spacious villa overlooking the
Pacific - 20,000 sq. ft (15,000 sq. ft. roofed and 5,000 sq. ft. 
terraces).  Built on a Peninsula facing the spectacular Santiago Bay 
and the Pacific, this villa is oriented west, to maximize sunny 
afternoons, cool breezes and stunning sunsets. 


Magnificent views, enormous pool area, complete privacy, located in 
exclusive, luxurious gated community of La Punta adjacent to Las 
Hadas Resort with 24 hour security and controlled access.
 
There is a large and spacious master bedroom suite with separate 
sleeping and sitting areas, a terrace, dressing room, Jacuzzi and 
magnificent views.

Each of three beautiful guest bedrooms provides a terrace and a 
private bathroom all fully air-conditioned.

The magnificent living room is approximately 40 feet by 20 feet, not 
including the bar area.

A 40-foot swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi grace the terrace 
adjoining the living room.

Two furnished rooftop terraces are perfect for private sunbathing.

Both the living room and the dining room are open, facing the 
terrace, the Pacific, the westerly breeze and the setting sun.

A spacious indoor (air-conditioned) family room with a satellite-
operated television, DVD, VCR, CD, a game table, a piano and stereo.

A detached 1,000 sq.-ft. studio, which can be used as a workspace or 
separate apartment includes high speed Internet access and a fax.

There is a gym with a beautiful view equipped with a stair machine, 
treadmill, stationary bicycle, rowing machine and free weights.

This villa is decorated in a sophisticated, modern style, featuring 
original works of art and sculptures.

A cozy private beach with a changing cabana is accessible by a 
staircase from the house. The cove below the house, although rocky, 
offers excellent snorkeling and diving. 

There is a a fully equipped modern kitchen with brand new American 
appliances and an exceptional full-time staff with long tenure at 
the villa which includes a great chef.
 

 
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The gated community of LaPunta in which the villa is located offers  
a private beach, clubhouse and tennis courts all within walking 
distance of the villa.

Access to the facilities of Las Hadas Hotel is open to guests of La 
Punta. 

Arrangements can be made for a massage therapist to come to the 
villa for massage therapy.

We can also make arrangements for in-villa manicures and pedicures.



 

Activities and Attractions

Las Hadas Resort is within walking distance and has its own 18-hole 
championship golf course, private marina, water sports, fishing 
boats, restaurants, piano bar, boutiques and shops. 
 
The Las Hadas Resort golf course was designed by Pete and Roy Dye 
and is just a few minutes from the villa.  There are three other 
golf courses nearby. Isla Navadid is a spectacular 27 hole well kept 
secret, El Tamarindo is an 18-hole Championship Golf Course designed 
by renowned golf course architect David Fleming that runs par with 
lush vegetation and wild fauna, and finally there is the Club 
Santiago course.
  
Snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing are all available nearby and 
equipment rental is available.

The Manzanillo area offers beaches for every taste; long stretches 
of creamy sand, crescents of soft gold and black volcanic grains, 
and secluded coves.

Manzanillo is known as the Sailfish Capital of the world. Devoted 
fishermen should plan their trips to Manzanillo for late November or 
early February when the international tournaments take place.
 
We can help you arrange shopping, cultural, sightseeing and 
nightlife tours of Manzanillo. You may want to visit the colonial 
town of Colima to see ancient tombs and caves plus the twin volcanos 
Nevado de Colimo and Volcan de Colima. Shop at local native bazaars 
for crafts, silver and textiles and see the protected bird islands. 
It's possible to visit exotic plantations and see bananas, mangos, 
papayas, and coconuts being grown.
 
Other activities for active guests include hiking, road and mountain 
bike rental and tours, horseback riding (beach and mountain,) and 
off-roading.
