Boasts stunning views of the open ocean from the Gurnet in Duxbury to Manomet Point and on a clear day across to Provincetown. Located on a dead end street in a quiet family neighborhood. Very pleasant grassy yard with patio, grill, and picnic table to enjoy at the end of your daily activities or just to curl up with a book and enjoy the view.

Very comfortable interior. Large firplaced living room. First floor bedroom with queen sized bed. Second floor bedroom with twin beds accessible via stairs which pull down into the kitchen. Additional sleeping is on a trundle daybed for two in the dining room/den overlooking the water. Cable TV, WIFI, air conditioning, fully heated, washer and dryer, gas and charcoal grills, lawn furniture, beach parking.

The beach is just a short walk down the street, or is you prefer to drive, you have a guaranteed parking spot in owner's yard and access to private beach which adjoins the neighborhood association beach. Entire beach is over a mile long and great for walks.
House is located 7 miles from Plymouth center with its many historical sites, shops,and the harbor,and 5 miles from Plimoth Plantation. You can charter a fishing boat for the day, cruise to Provincetown, or go on a whale watch. Waterpark 1/2 hr away.
Also convenient to local golf courses, Cape Cod Canal, and Myles Standish State Forest with its miles of trails and bike paths.
There are numerous shops throughout the area as well as great restaurants.
Boston is 45 miles away to the north and can easily be reached by train or bus.
