Our home is located in quite and affluent community known as West
Summerlin. The neighborhood is proudly rated the #1 master planned
community in the U.S for last 12 years.

Our home is nearby the Red Rock National Park and only 15 minutes
from the Las Vegas strip and McCarran airport. The Beltway 215 and
Charleston Blvd is less than 1/4 mile from the house. Also it is
five minutes travel to upscale boutique shopping malls, five-star
restaurants, bars, nightclubs, 18 screen movie theaters, and the Red
Rock Casino.

Our home offers a spacious interior and plenty of formal and
informal spaces for everyone to enjoy. It is built with 5 large
bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Each room is equipped with
carefully chosen classic wood furniture and quality ceiling fans.
We have selected for each room, high quality mattresses with
Egyptian supreme cotton linen(600+) and extra pillows. We also
accommodate our guests with five (5) phones with FREE long distance
call service (only for domestic calls). All bedrooms will offer
generous closet spaces for you or any one of your guest. The master
bedroom suite specially includes a large walk-in closet, a bathroom
with double vanity, whirlpool soaking tub, separate glass shower.
It is also heated and cooled by central air.

The family room with the leather arm chairs and golden retreat sofa
is designed to give a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. You will be
entertained by HD TV with DVD, 200+ premium channels and Wi-Fi.

Our gourmet kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with
plates, serving utensils, glass wear 9 wine, coffee, beer), toaster,
coffee maker, and a full array of pots and pans. Also the kitchen
includes double oven and microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator and
freezer.

We accommodate our guests with a full-size laundry room equipped
with a whirlpool touch tone washer and dryer with laundry soap. The
laundry room shares the second floor with the 4 bedrooms and 2 full
bathrooms with double sinks and separated shower/toilet. We also
have a dry cleaning service that includes pick-ups and delivery with
a 25% discount for our guests and a complimentary maid service every
two weeks ( only for monthly rentals).

We have ADT security system throughout the house and you will have
your own code upon your request (monthly rental only). Our home has
keyless entrance door which is the newest technology in lodging
industry so that our guests don't have to worry about picking up the
keys.
