The Sandy Bottom is unit # 16 in the Mistral, a very popular low rise 3 story 24 unit complex on Hwy 30-A, in the Seacrest Community.  The complex is ideally located between Seaside Beach and Rosemary Beach and has incredible views of Destin to the west and Panama City Beach to the east.  You are only minutes away from upscale shopping, golf, and wonderful restaurants.  Unit #16 is on the second floor, which is the first floor that can see over the dunes to see the beach itself from the unit; and being the end unit, it is also right next to the condo’s dedicated beach access.  The Sandy Bottom will soon be serviced by the new Panama City Beach Airport, which is scheduled to open this spring.
