"Time Out" on 30-A in Seagrove Beach

Our condo is in Seagrove Beach located on scenic Highway 30-A, walking or biking distance to SeaSide, shopping and restaurants. We are right across from a 19 mile bike path that can take you on long rides to Grayton Beach in one direction and Rosemary Beach in the other, with interesting things to see and do all along the way. Bike rentals are available a short walk away.

"Time Out" is in a great location at the front of the complex and right across the street from the boardwalk, closer to the beach than some beachside properties without the high price. It is also located on the bottom floor with parking right outside the door, which makes it convenient for loading/unloading. 

The condo has a 40" flat screen T.V. in the living room and a 32" flat screen T.V. in the bedroom. It is furnished with plenty of towels and linens, and there is a laundromat on the premises near the pool.  There is a King-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.  For your children, there are also built-in bunks in the living room.   

You will enjoy our keyless entry.  No time spent trying to remember where you put the key or waiting for the person with the key, one less thing to keep up with during your care-free vacation.

Beachwood Villas is a family-friendly complex with two pools (one heated during season), tennis courts, shuffle board, and toddler playground. It is surrounded by beautiful landscaping.  There are many charcoal grills located conveniently throughout the complex,  It is a place that many families return to year after year to enjoy the Emerald Coast, one of Florida's premier beaches. Don't you deserve a little "Time Out?"

THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT and no pets allowed.  Minimum rental age is 25.  If this unit is not available, inquire about our other unit in the same complex.

Hopefully it won't rain during your stay but, if it does, you will be about a 20 minute drive to Destin or Panama City for shopping, movies, amusement park, etc. A video rental store and a Tom Thumb convenience store are next-door. Also a Publix supermarket is located nearby. You will find this stretch of beach to have everything you need for enjoying your vacation but yet a nice, easy, laid-back feeling. No crowded beaches here.
