Southern Lemonade is a condo built with comfort and style. A tasteful decor will welcome you in.
A ground floor unit which features nine foot smooth ceilings, Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and linens. Granite Counters. To make you feel at home in the kitchen you will find an Expresso Machine, Coffee Maker, George Forman grill, Toaster, mixer & a blender for making a cool drink to enjoy on the screened patio.
French doors off the Great room/ dining area lead to the screened patio. A split bedroom plan with ceiling fans in each bedroom plus walk in closets.
Full size Washer & Dryer is provided for your convenience.
The condo is a ground floor unit positioned on the corner of the building which affords quiet and privacy.

Kick back and just relax. Great room features a 32' flat screen TV with Cable, DVD player with movies.
Split bedroom floor plan. Two bedrooms have Queen sized beds with Egyptian cotton sheets. 22' flat screen TV's are located in the bedrooms. If you need a home office area while you're visiting, we have it. One bedroom has been set up with a desk for a work area. Free WIFI for your laptop.
You can lay by the pool, soak up the Sun and enjoy doing nothing. Kiddies can play in the 2ft deep Kids Pool. Also enjoy the covered Cabana area at the pool with fans. Gazebo area for grill.

Tangers Outlet Mall is less than 5 minutes from the condo. Many Antiques shop are located with 15 miles area. Six Golf courses are located within 15 minute drive. Pensacola Naval Air Museum is with 45 minutes. Visit Historical Mobile, see the ship USS Alabama.
Dine at LuLu's Restaurant (Jimmy Buffett has been know to drop in).
The famous Lambert's Cafe (home of the throwing rolls) is located just around the corner.
