Sun City West is an active 55+ community (one occupant must be 55 or older). Residents have access to four recreation centers which include indoor/outdoor pools, walking tracks, fitness centers, tennis courts, bowling lanes, library, mini golf, table tennis, pickle ball, raquetball, billards and pool tables, and many craft, art and social clubs. Residents have access to seven golf courses with reasonable rates.
Also available are many organized activities including dances and dance lessons, plays, shows and bus trips to area casinos.

May-September $1000 per month (includes all utilities except electric)
October-December $1800 per month (includes all utilities)
January-April $2300 per month (includes all utilities)
$500 refundable security deposit if no damage occurs
$150 non-refundable cleaning fee
Rec. fees paid by tennant. One occupant must be 55 years old or older.
Utilities include electric, water, telephone (local calls only), high speed internet, and television cable (basic cable provided. Expanded or digital cable can be added at tennant's expense).
