We rent weekly, Friday - Thursday.

The weekly rental is $4000 per week plus $1000 for a week's security and $170 cleaning fee. Fourth home from the Ocean on a great street in Ocean Bay Park, Fire Island, the house has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, great big sunny decks, an enclosed outdoor shower with attached changing room, high speed internet, and plenty of outdoor privacy. We rent this house to families or mature adults, no more than eight people, and no pets. This is not a share house.

One of the tremendous advantages of this house is being right at the beach without paying beachfront prices. If a six to ten second walk to the beach works for you, then you've come to the right place. 

All linens and towels are included. Wagon, bikes, beach chairs and a fully
appointed kitchen and laundry make for a wonderful week of fun in the sun.
The house is one block from the ferry, tennis and kayaking are close by, and
the ocean is just seconds away.
