Large Studio Condo across from Whitesands beach and fully-equipped. Walk across the street to the best Summer beach in Kona (as close as you can get). Studio has KING sized Bed, and also two twin day beds on the screened-in sleeping porch. Small floor futons are also available for young children.

5 minutes drive from the center of town, shopping, restaurant row. Close drive to other well known local beaches, including a little over a mile to Kahalu'u (Snorkel/Turtle beach). Short drive to Keauhou for shopping and movie theatres. A great base to see the island from, or stay home and relax at the beach.

This condo unit is right across Alii Dr. from Whitesands Beach / La'aloa State park. This is one of just 3 condo units in the building, and is thus much less crowded than a large condo complex. Each unit has parking close to its entrance, a laundry machine, gas grill, etc. You can also rent more than one unit to have your group together, but with your own 'space.'

The unit has a well-equipped kitchenette, screened in lanai, and opens up onto a yard with lounge chairs, gas grills, and 180 degree ocean views.

We provide beach chairs, ice chests, and beach towels... Less for you to pack.

Fully Equipped Unit - kitchenette is fully stocked with aluminum foil / plastic bags, all the utensils you need. Grill out on one of several gas grills in the yard and watch the waves.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
