The property is located on a quiet peninsula, secluded from noisy roads and traffic. Traverse City's Silver Lake is an all sports, low traffic lake. This spring fed lake makes it perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. The cottage's sandy beach is on a peninsula on the lake's east side, which makes it perfect for all day swimming, beach fun, and evening sunset marshmallow roasting. The beach has a full deck for sunning, relaxing, and picnicking. It also has a dock, row boat, and swim raft. The nearby boat launch makes it easy to bring along your own personal watercraft. Relax in front of the fireplace or out on the screened porch overlooking the lake in this cozy cottage. The cottage has an outside charcoal grill, picnic table, and swing set. The interior has a charming cottage appeal.

This cozy cottage includes a large screened in porch overlooking the lake.  It also has 50 ft. of private lake frontage and fire pit.  The cottage is also equipped with a dock, swim raft, paddle boat, and rowboat.  Life jackets are also provided for personal safety.  There is a sundeck built at the waters edge which has an outdoor dining set and patio furniture.  The cottage is fully equipped with all linens for bed, bath, and kitchen.  The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen, tv, and dvd player. Sleeping arrangements include: 

1 queen sized bed, 1 queen sized sofa sleeper, 1 double sized bed.

There is also an outside charcoal grill for guest usage.  The cottage is cozy with its main fireplace and quiet pine setting.  If you are looking for a true charming lake cottage this is it!

Situated on the east side of Silver Lake, this cottage is only minutes away from downtown Traverse City!  It is also a short walk or bike ride to the family fun, Traverse City Beach Bums ballpark!  It is also only 7 miles from the famous Interlochen Center for the Arts where you can enjoy an outdoor concert with your family or friends.  If you enjoy golfing check out The Crown golf course which overlooks this lake. Many other golf course are just minutes away! 1 week minimum stay.
