This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, condo/golf villa is located on the 15th fairway of the Greg Norman designed golf course inside the Barefoot Resort. Perfect for golfers, families, Seniors, anyone who is ready for some fun in the sun.  Its well suited for everyone.  Owners have taken great care of this property so that you may feel at home.  Updates have included, new mattresses in both bedrooms, new dining and living room furniture, updated electronics in all rooms. 

You may choose to golf on this course or pick the Love designed, Fazio designed, or the Dye designed courses, all located inside this amazing resort. 

Summer is the perfect times in North Myrtle Beach.  There is  plenty of sunshine to go around.  You can sit by one of 2 great pools.  One next to the condo, or the biggest pool in South Carolina, located a short distance away.   You can also go to the beach, shop at great area malls and gift shops,  or golf at all area golf courses.  Great family recreation all around you.

The ocean is just 1.5 miles away. If you don't want to hassle with parking you can even take the free shuttle that runs every hour during the summer months and weekends all the rest of the year. You can catch the shuttle right next to the pool.

Shopping, theaters, restaurants, concert venues, miniture golf, amusement parks, water parks, great bars, clubs, beaches,  are all within minutes from this condo.

All linens are provided, fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board all provided.

Great time for golfers, shoppers, families or people who just want to take time out to enjoy the peaceful, quiet area at Barefoot Resort.

Steve and I have made this condo/golf villa, feel like home.  There are no worries, and not much items you will need to bring with you.  We update every year, keep it very clean and make it as easy as possible for our renters to enjoy their vacation.
