North Scottsdale one bedroom condo in the gated Plaza Residences community.  Located within walking distance of Kierland Commons shopping center, it is convenient to upscale shopping, restaurants and golf.

This is a lower level, bright corner unit, with a Queen bed and sleeper sofa.  The unit sits in the back of the complex and is private and quiet.  You will be pleased with how close it is to the pools, clubhouse, and community gym.

Unit has laminate and carpet flooring, private patio, flat screen tv in living room, tv/dvd player in bedroom, Bose stereo in bedroom, full size washer dryer, fireplace and new appliances.  The unit comes with everything you'll need to have a great stay.

Community has workout room, two heated pools, hot tub, putting green, movie room, pool table, and business center.

High season rate - Dec. thru March. $2075 per month, $800 per week

Mid season rates - Oct. , Nov, and April. $1,500.00 per month, $575 per week

Low season rates - May. thru Sept. $950 per month (tenant pays utilities during this period).
