Snow Meadow Lodge is located just minutes from downtown
Breckenridge, across the street from the Jack Nicklaus designed
Breckenridge Golf Course and the Nordic Ski Center. Just up the road
you will find sleigh rides, snow mobile tours, cross country skiing
and dog sledding in the winter as well as biking, hiking and fly
fishing in the summer. The house is within a 15 minute drive to
Keystone and Copper Mountain.
The Main Level offers a warm and spacious Great Room with mountain
views and a rock fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen along
with the dining and breakfast rooms offer an open and inviting space
to visit with family and friends. An office and laundry room
complete the downstairs layout.
The Upper Level has two stairways for your convenience to 4
additional bedrooms and the 600 sq ft + recereation room with a pool
table and a 60" surround sound theater system. Watch a movie, play a
game of pool or just relax on the large sectional sofa.
Snow Meadow Lodge sits on 1.7 acres and has a large, private and
scenic backyard perfect for family reunions, corporate BBQs, small
weddings or for building the perfect snowman!

This property can accommodate a maximum of 16 adults, or 22 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent 25. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 vehicles.
4x4 is recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $300 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $750.00 and will be collected in advance.
