The Harborview Grande was built in 2006 and provides a heated pool on-site, November through March. You have assigned parking, and access to the units is via secured entry.

You are centrally located to all kinds of restaurants and shops as well as two blocks from the white powdery sand of the beach. Just a 15 minute walk to Pier 60 and the Marina. Come and enjoy!

Boat Slip with lift available for $200 per week. Length and Weight restrictions apply. Call for more information. Note: the boat lift is shared with 305, ask for availability.

Dining Area - Seating for 6 at the table with 4 bar-stools at the breakfast bar. Tile floor.

Living Room Area - Seating for 7 on couch, love seat, two stools. Tile floor. 31 inch flat screen TV. View of the intra-coastal waterway to the NE. Ceiling Fan with light.

General Amenities – Luggage Cart in the unit. Local phone service provided. DVD player built-in to TV in the 3rd bedroom. One Assigned parking space and access to one unassigned space. Pool has a spa. A few beach toys are available. Wireless, High Speed Internet connection.
