Oceanfront condo in Ormond-by-the-Sea, Florida, which is a very quiet little area about 6 miles north of Daytona Beach right on the coast. Many repeat renters, so be assured that it's a nice unit!
State/County tax and a $75 one-time cleaning fee will also be required. Rates are $1000 - $1200 per MONTH--NOT WEEK ! (depending on season). If you've "shopped" this area, you'll know that this unit is priced well below others for its size, location and amenities.
Condo is about an hour to Disney, 10 minutes from Daytona Beach, and less than 45 minutes to the Space Coast, St. Augustine, and most other area attractions.
