This newly renovated beautiful four-bedroom house is located only two and a half blocks away from one of the New Jersey’s best family beaches and 1.5 blocks from the Sunset Lake. The two-story house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry room and central air conditioning with separate temperature control on each floor. There are five cable TVs with one in each bedroom and one in the living room and a wireless internet access for entertainment. The kitchen has been completely renovated with new cabinets, new appliance, ceramic tile flooring and magnificent granite counter tops. There is also a private outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, plus two off-street car parking spaces, and a outdoor gas grill for BBQ.
