Spectacular sunsets over the Gulf are so varied and intensely colorful that you will never tire of watching. You will lie in bed at night, listen to the surf and be bathed in moonlight.
ABOUT THE CONDO:
Newly decorated, this beachfront 2-BR, 2-bath, very bright end unit condo has unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The 25' lanai is accessed from both the living room and master bedroom.
The unit has new linens (including beach towels) beach bags, coolers, beach games, etc.
There is a new computer with high speed Internet service for your use.
The living room has a 46” flat screen HDTV and the bedrooms have flat screen wall mount TVs, each with DVD.

Whispering Sands has a tiki hut with grills for shady lunches or sunset meals.
We have two fantastic pools.
The beach lounge overlooking the pool has a large screen TV, library, pool table and kitchen for larger parties.
Workout room is at the clubhouse with the 2nd pool, large TV and another library.
Share the laundry room with the other 5 condos on your floor.
You have a private parking spot under canopy.
Beach chairs are provided for guests at Whispering Sands on our private beach.
Whispering Sands has a superb security staff on site.

About The Area:
Take a five-minute walk to Siesta Key Village and enjoy wonderful restaurants, pubs, shopping including upscale shops and beach shops, lots of music, or just sit and people watch.
There is also a grocery store and wonderful coffee shops with wireless Internet access in the village.
The public beach is also a fun spot with great facilities, music and food available.
Sarasota area is also a golfers paradise.
