the home's front deck and floating dock. Guests are welcome to use
the canoe, kayak, or small fishing boat for lake and river
exploration as well as bring their own boat. Home has its own boat
ramp and dock. Recreational activities include water skiing, wind
surfing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. This is
the perfect vacation home for a relaxing, lakeside retreat during
any time of the year!

"The Lake House" is fully self contained and decorated in a quaint
lakeside motif. Besides having four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the
cottage has a living room with fireplace,dining room, fully equipped
kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry room. Its large front deck is
equipped with built in seating, picnic table, deck furnishings,
barbecue, and portable fire pit.

Swimming, sunning, waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, wind surfing,
sailing, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, birding and animal

October - April - $175.00 per night - two night minimum
September and May - $200.00 per night - two night minimum
June, July, August - weekly rental/Sunday - Sunday $1500.00 per week
Holidays - $225.00 per night
$15.00 more per person per night in groups larger than five
$10.00 more per person for day visitors in groups larger than five
10% transient occupany tax
$100.00 cleaning fee - linens provided
$100.00 security deposit
