Charming, fully furnished four bedroom lakeside cottage with views
of scenic Lake Combie from all of its rooms! In fact, the lake is
so close that friends can speak with one another while standing on
the home's front deck and floating dock. Guests are welcome to use
the canoe, kayak, or small fishing boat for lake and river
exploration as well as bring their own boat. Home has its own boat
ramp and dock. Recreational activities include water skiing, wind
surfing, swimming, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. This is
the perfect vacation home for a relaxing, lakeside retreat during
any time of the year!

"The Lake House" is fully self contained and decorated in a quaint
lakeside motif. Besides having four bedrooms and two bathrooms, the
cottage has a living room with fireplace,dining room, fully equipped
kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry room. Its large front deck is
equipped with built in seating, picnic table, deck furnishings,
barbecue, and portable fire pit.

January - March - $200.00 per night
April, May, September, October, November, December - $225.00
Two night minimum except during certain holiday weekends when the length of stay may be three/four nights
June, July, August - by the week only from Sunday - Sunday $1750.00
These rates are for five or less. Each additional person in groups larger than five is $15.00 per night and this includes all children over the age of eighteen months. There is also a $10.00 per extra person per day for day guests ( those visiting the cottage but not spending the night) in groups larger than five
10% county occupancy tax
Cleaning fee of $100.00 ( a house keeper cleans before and after your visit)
$200.00 refundable security deposit when home is left in good order with nothing removed or damaged
