You'll love the soaring ceilings, open floor plan, tasteful furnishings and cool nautical decor!  Enjoy all of the comforts of home in this charming, comfortable, spacious cottage located close to all the action but in a quiet setting. 

The main floor features an open living, dining and kitchen with breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms (each with one queen-size bed), glassed-in sun room with queen-size sofa bed, a full bath with  tub/shower combo, and a laundry room.  The upper level consists of 1 large bedroom (with a queen size bed and walk-in closet) along with a 3/4 bath.  There's also a queen-size sofa bed and a standard sofa in the main floor living room.      

Amenities include central air, diswasher, washer/dryer, 5 cable TVs, gas fireplace, great glassed-in sun porch, dvd, cd player/radio, composite deck off 8-foot slider, gas grill, fire pit, picnic table and lawn chairs.  The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric fry pan and all the "trimmings", including basic spices.  A high chair and play pen are included for small children.  All towels and linens are furnished including a couple beach towels.  We also furnish soft soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and limited paper products.   Books, games, cards and a few beach toys are also provided for your entertainment.

Association amenities include heated pool with water slide, tennis courts, shuffle board court, basketball court, tether ball, horse shoe pit and relaxing garden area with a lovely water feature.  Ping pong tables and free WiFi are available in the lodge behind the pool.  It's just a short walk to the 400 feet of Silver Lake frontage where you can anchor or stake your watercraft at our dock space, have a picnic (grills and tables available), play volley ball and/or enjoy gorgeous sunsets over the dunes.

Peak season rates: $2,100 per week (Saturday to Saturday)

Rates fluctuate depending on season and number of occupants.

Discounted off-season rates start at $150 /night (2 night minimum)
