This mansion built for sugar plantation owners in 1896 has 14 bedrooms including 4 master suites, formal living and dining rooms, billiards and sun rooms and porches that offer the best view of the St. Lawrence River and 1000 Islands.
Casa Blanca on Cherry Island is the closest island to Alexandria Bay, with a clear view of Boldt Castle and only feet from the passing ships in the St. Lawrence Seaway. The mansion sits on 4 acres of island waterfront guarded by your own gargoyles. Out buildings include a waterfront gazebo and pump house with a large veranda exteding out into the river. A boat house and swimming area are on the back side of the island.
This is a fully equipted home that the owners have enjoyed every summer for the last 50 years and will only be rented for a few weeks a year.
Some of our boats are included and the island come with a full time caretaker in on site during the week and part time cleaning help is available if desired.
