Short walk to beach, on beach access road. 200 yards, 2-3 minutes
walk. Well behaved dogs are allowed. Spacious, upgraded,beautifully
decorated two-bedroom, two bathroom duplex with new lighting and
nautical touches throughout,situated 15 miles from Gulf Shores in
the tranquility of the Fort Morgan Peninsula.
The back deck has beautiful sunset views over the bay and the
spacious front deck, with patio funiture, has wonderful views of the
Gulf of Mexico.
Floor to ceiling windows in the family room offer a view of the
waves breaking on the beach just a short walk away.
For your convenience, we have free local telephone, High speed
internet, expanded cable service.
The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, views of the gulf,a TV and
DVD. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, veiws of the bay and
en suite bathroom.
Additional guests can use the queen-size sleeper sofa in
the family room.
The fully-equipped kitchen is very spacious and ajoins the dining
area in the family room.
The washer and dryer is located in the entrance hallway. There is
covered parking ( 2 cars) under the duplex, additional uncovered
private parking is available.
