We have a 3800 Sq ft main house and a detached guest house/studio 
available.
 
The property is centrally and conveniently located between Hollywood 
and Beverly Hills in Los Angeles(about a mile or two from each).

The main house comes equipped with 2 king size bedrooms, 4 queen 
size bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a 
beautiful 1200 sq ft half enclosed deck with a half open-roof 
private sundeck.
 
The house also comes equipped with a beautiful large living room, 
formal dining room(with an 8 seat dining room table), and a laundry 
facility. 

The House is tastefully furnished with a vintage feel.(Wood floors 
and high ceilings) 
The rooms are tastefully furnished with, firm comfortable beds; 
clean down comforters, sheets and towels. 

Across the street there is a staffed park with basketball courts, 
tennis courts, jungle gym, and a grass area with matured trees. 

The guesthouse can be rented with the main house. It is a 
cute place with a private kitchen, a private full bathroom, a king 
size bed, a double size sofa bed, High speed Internet DSL and cable 
TV (HBO). 
Ideal for a couple or a small family!

Note: The Main house has 5-7 bedrooms available and 3 1/2 bathrooms.
The guesthouse/Studio has its own full bathroom and kitchen.

The 5-bedroom package is $2500.00 a week (2-Kings/3-Queens/sleeps 10)

The 6-bedroom package is $2875.00 a week (2-Kings/4-Queens/sleeps 12)

The 7-bedroom package is $3200.00 a week (2-Kings/4-Queens/2-
singles/sleeps 14-16)$650.00 a night 

Note: If your only using 5 of the 7 bedrooms, the other bedrooms are 
simply kept locked.
No one else will be using the other rooms and the house is 
completely private.


With the 6th or 7th bedroom, add $350/week for each

Note: 
Many weekends are not available because of inquires for the full 
week rates.
We prioritize and prefer full week inquires, but we do have many 
weekend reservations offered.
Feel free to inquire about our daily rates and 
availability.   

In order to secure a reservation a $1000.00 deposit is required. 
Also, a signed contract must be completed following the clearance of 
your deposit money. Contracts must be signed by persons 25 years of 
age or older.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 
processing fee. All cancellations must be made in writing (email 
acceptable).  For cancellations less than 120 days, Security Deposit 
is forfeited. Less than 30 (thirty) days of 
your check-in date (30 days for arrivals 12/5 to 1/5 and 5/15 to 
9/5), your full rent and taxes will be forfeited 
(unless dates can be re-booked). The security Deposit shall be 
returned.

Los Angeles lodging Tax is not included in rates.
