Get prepared for the vacation you've dreamed of!  This condo is a large, pretty, quaint one bedroom (not a studio) and one bath dwelling. In the separate living room, there is a sleeper sofa and the condo sleeps four comfortably. The living room is very large and you can walk out onto the deck over the canal off the Destin Harbor. There are 2 TVs and a DVD player in the living room for night time entertainment. Internet is included!! In the bedroom, there is a king size bed and a walk in closet with a dressing area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. There is also a dining area. A washer and a dryer is located off the foyer area. Towels and linens are also provided. The condo is on the ground floor with 24 hour security.  We have  an 1100 foot private beach with a beachside pavilion.  We also have a private marina and a boat ramp.  Spend your days fishing, crabbing, or snorkeling.
