Cancellation Policy:
91 to 180 days notice - 25% Cancellation fee.
46 days to 90 days notice - 50% Cancellation fee.
Less than 45 days - no refunds.

$500 Damage deposit - refunded within 15 days of departure and
inspection.

Additional fees may apply for mailing of the key and the access card if the reservation of the condo was completed less than 15 days before arrival and the payment was delayed.

Cleaning fees : $90.00

There is an additional 11.5% tax (6.5% Fl.Tax & 5% Tourist Tax)
