Private beach, warm water, famous wind-surfing area. All bedrooms have oceanfront views and breezes. Gracious Victorian house (modern plumbing) in secluded land conservation area. Revisit 'Brigadoon' and enjoy wildflowers, beach plums, meadows, country lanes, no visible neighbors. All living spaces- living room, dining room, den, sunporch - are large, have water views. Bar and pantry adjacent to a huge sunny kitchen overlooking the spectacular water view makes cooking a dream.

Membership in private tennis club included, nearby golf. This wonderful quiet family area is just ten minutes from Wareham Center: Hospital, Shopping Centers, Library, Marinas and Restaurants. In addition to private beach directly in front of the house, there are three other water access areas to launch boats for fishing, kayaking, windsurfing, etc. Only a brief trip to all historic sightseeing areas of the Cape.
