BEAUTIFUL,stunning, Puerto Vallarta Condo, in Old Town in Puerto Vallarta

Welcome to our home that we named "Casa de Los Suenos" or "House of
Dreams". Our condo is located in a small ten unit private condo
complex called "Vista Mar" and is located on the hillside on the
south side of "Old Town" Puerto Vallarta. Spectacular views from
the suite are breath taking both at night and during the day. The
view picture above was taken from our living room. The suite is
fully equipped to make your stay as wonderful as possible. The top
floor has a full kitchen with bar, that was remodeled with new
appliances, cabinets and counter tops, water filter etc, full bath,
dining for
six to eight, living room with a very comfortable brand new full
size sofa bed, all opening up to a large terrace complete with a
built in gas grill, prawns anyone?
The living room has full stereo system, CD player, tape and radio or
plug in your own MP3. We also offer a 27 "flat screen TV with
VCR/DVD player, surround sound and 56 channel cable. The living
room can be closed off from the rest of the suite so that you have
privacy if you bring friends along to share your vaction dream home.
Lay back on the sofa and catch the light reflecting through the
stained glass arched window.
A stair case with palm shaped railings leads you down to the very
large master suite. The master bedroom features a queen size bed,
another flat screen color TV/DVD 56 channel cable, 5 disc CD stereo,
it's own full bath, all opening up to a 2nd terrace just for the
master suite.
Original works of art, stained glass windows,leather chairs and
rustica style furnishings give the feel of Old Mexico, but still
offer you all the comforts of home.
China for eight, wine glasses, food processor, blender, Lagostina
pots and pans, even a martini shaker all supplied for your use.
Casa de Los Suenos in Vista Mar is located less than a ten minute
walk to beaches and town or a $3.50 taxi ride, yes we have a
telephone for your use.
The suite is air conditioned for your comfort during summer months.
